Therefore Samsø
Samsø competes with Bornholm to have the most hours of sunshine - and in fact we do overtook the cliff island for several years.
Our island has over 100 km of beach and a very varied and beautiful landscape. The values of glory range from the great expanses to the winding hills from the last ice age. To the north, especially Møgelskår and Issehoved captivate both visitors and permanent residents. Forest, heath, bays and lovely harbours. Angler's paradise in the form of pebble beaches. The sparkling sea. Shallow sandy beaches for families with children and deeper ones for adult bathers. And all the time this wonderful light, which is so characteristic of the island and attracts artistic and creative souls. The island's rich cultural life includes musicians, writers, foodies and artisans. Even an opera is on the steps!
Yes - Samsø has everything except rocks.
