Campen Camping is pitching the tent, manning the grill and bar for the big Scottish Highlander Night and from 18:00 to 24:00 the party starts.
Do you have something to look forward to?
Yes, you certainly do. At Highlander Night you will experience a large barbecue buffet, including Scottish Highlander cattle, all kinds of delicious accessories and even though we are Scottish that night, we can't avoid new samsung potatoes.
Claus Reiss, Denmark's only bagpipe comedian, will entertain you while you enjoy this delicious buffet, giving your full stomach a break and leaving more room in your bag.
This amazing buffet is accompanied by Scotch whisky, Scotch draught beer and if you like wine, the bar offers that too.
Lars Code, known for his many whisky tastings and travels to Scotland, will be entertaining. Yes, he's actually bringing 10 different kinds of whisky, oh wait, or maybe 20 or 30 kinds.
When your stomach can't take any more and your kilt or belt is about to burst. We offer coffee, Scottish short bread and more whisky.
If you fancy taking a swing, the band will be playing and The Great Whisky Hospitalbar will open.
So what do you get on this night?
The great highlander buffet with all drinks, whether it's beer, wine, water or whisky.
The band playing for an evening where the grass needs to be worn, yes, god better it, Claus Reuss and Lars Code on the slack line.
Should you drive home?
No, that's not recommended. Take a taxi, a bike or a brisk walk. You can also choose to book the whole package with accommodation, so you only have to walk to the cabin or caravans about 50 metres or get a room at the oasis in Nordby, where we have an agreement with our local tourist bus, which is happy to drive guests to and from Campen Camping.
